  • Stop MA prisons from codifying their intrusion into incarcerated people’s legal and private mail!

  • Email a written comment to Kathleen Richard kathleen.richard@state.ma.us by 5 PM on 1/29/21.

  • Tell the DOC: Stop reading, photocopying, and confiscating incoming mail, and stop violating incarcerated people’s right to privacy and attorney-client confidentiality!

  • MA prisons are proposing to photocopy all incoming mail, including legal documents, and destroy the originals. This violates incarcerated people’s privacy and further isolates them from their loved ones outside.
